What is a WebAvail?
WebAvails is a free service that allows buyers of advertising to receive avails electronically, rather than as a fax.
This allows the buyer to print several views, save, or export to Excel.
A WebAvail is sent to one (1) advertiser/agency. Once uploaded to the Internet using our Marketron Sales software,
an email notification will be sent to the recipient letting them know that the avail/proposal is ready for viewing. The
advertiser/agency can then view the avail/proposal using a standard browser like Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape's Navigator.
From there, the advertiser can place orders for the avail/proposal on a week by week, program by program basis.
Who can use WebAvails.com?
Anyone who signs up as a member of WebAvails can use this free service. It is intended primarily for
media professionals who want to receive spot availability more conveniently on-line. Spot information
includes traditional avails, proposals, and order confirmations.
What are some advantages of using WebAvails?
Advertisers will appreciate receiving consistent information
in a usable electronic file. This can be saved as an HTML document
that can be edited with Microsoft Excel 97/2000 or any other
HTML capable editor.
Electronic acknowledgement is sent to the sender once the
recipient has accessed the request/avail.
